!General policy

Dietary requirements and intolerances can be accommodated with an extra per-head fee, outlined prior to booking confirmation and invoicing. Anything marked "confirm with kitchen" below doesn't have a set substitute yet — check before the function so it can be sorted in advance.

1Tea Garden — Standard High Tea

$55pp · 90 min–2 hr sitting · Wed–Sun from 9am · book directly via website

Included: hot or cold drink of choice, mini pastries, mini bagels, croissants, finger sandwiches, scones with jam & cream.
Cloud range & hot chocolate +$2.50 each.

Make it private: 2 hr sitting · +$500 to make it private (up to 24 guests seated outside) · +$1000 for exclusive venue hire inside & out.

2Tea Garden — Whole Venue Hire

Min 30 · max 80 people standing · earliest start 2pm · 8pm finish · $2000 refundable bond

3The Hideout — High Tea (private room)

$89pp · 3 hrs incl. set-up · start 10am–2pm · min 12–max 32 pax seated

Menu: mini pastries, mini bagels, croissants, finger sandwiches, coffee & tea of choice.
Drinks included: one drink of choice per guest — Aperol, Mimosa, Prosecco, Wine, or Cocktail — plus coffee & tea of choice always included.

Included: exclusive private use of the space, yours to decorate, warm natural light, dedicated staff, air-conditioned comfort, add-on drinks TAB available.

4The Hideout — Family Style Lunch (private room)

$89pp · 3 hrs incl. set-up · start 11am–2pm · min 12–max 32 pax seated

To share: crispy chilli & burrata, fresh sourdough with olive oil, seasonal salad, spanner crab linguine, greens, seasonal berry tarte for dessert.
Drinks included: one drink of choice per guest — Aperol, Mimosa, Prosecco, Wine, Beer, or Cocktail.
Optional add-ons: charcuterie starter +$10pp, steak and frites +$22pp.

Included: exclusive private use of the space, yours to decorate, warm natural light, dedicated staff, air-conditioned comfort, add-on drinks TAB available.

5The Restaurant — Set Brunch

$45pp · 12+ guests · shared dining room, main restaurant

Choice of main: avo toast, twice salmon bagel, or eggs your way with a side.
To finish: housemade pastry.
To drink: barista coffee or tea, shared jugs of fresh juice.

6The Restaurant — Set Lunch

$65pp · 12+ guests · shared dining room, main restaurant

To share to start: crispy chilli burrata, hot honey sourdough.
Choice of main: crab linguine, steak and frites, grilled barramundi, or miso chicken sandwich with fries — served with a share seasonal salad.
To finish: housemade pastry, coffee or tea.

Tables of 12+ dining Friday–Sunday require a set menu booking.

7Tarte Pastry — Pre-order

Dine in or takeaway. Order the most popular picks via the website, or get in touch for something else. Allow 24–48 hours' notice depending on size.

8Celebration Cakes

From $155 · light, airy vanilla sponge, naked vanilla buttercream, fresh berries — made in-house

Garnish: raspberries, blueberries, or naked.
Filling: raspberry jam & cream, or dulce de leche.
Size: 6", 8", or tiered 6"+8".

Please allow a minimum of 3 days' notice — contact for approval if sooner.

!Terms & conditions (quick reference)

Minimum party of 12 — smaller groups can still book by covering the minimum cost for 12 pax.
No outside food, drinks, or cake accepted (health & safety / council regulations).
50% deposit required to secure the date, within a 2-week cancellation grace period. Deposit is non-refundable within 2 weeks of the event. Extra guest numbers confirmed & paid 48 hours prior.
Dietary requirements and intolerances can be accommodated with an extra per-head fee, outlined prior to booking confirmation and invoicing.
Payment by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. All prices include GST. Extra beverages are charged on consumption, paid the day of the function.
No refunds for no-shows. Extra guests accommodated where possible, but not guaranteed a spot on arrival.
Responsible service of alcohol applies — service can be refused to intoxicated guests, guests under 18, or those without ID.
